Pawna Camp Craze – Pawna Lake Camping

We understand that plans can change. To ensure transparency for all our guests, the following cancellation and refund policy applies to all camping bookings.

1. Booking Advance

A 30% advance payment is required to confirm a booking.

The 30% reservation advance is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• If you cancel your booking 24 hours or more before the scheduled check-in time, the reservation advance will not be refunded.
• However, the booking may be rescheduled to another available date, subject to availability.
• Rescheduling must be completed within one year from the original booking date.
• Any difference in applicable camping charges for the new date will be payable by the guest.

3. Partial Cancellation

If only some members of a group cancel:

• 24 hours or more before check-in: The advance amount may be adjusted against the balance payment for the remaining guests.
• Less than 24 hours before check-in: The guest is responsible for payment for the originally confirmed number of guests, and no refund or adjustment will be provided for the cancelled guests.

4. No-Show

If a guest or group does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show.

In such cases, the booking advance will be forfeited, and no refund will be provided.

5. Weather & Natural Conditions

Camping at Pawna Lake is an outdoor activity and may be affected by weather, road conditions, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If camping operations are suspended or cancelled by Pawna Camp Craze due to circumstances beyond the property’s control, guests may be offered rescheduling or another appropriate adjustment, depending on the circumstances.

6. Refund Processing

Where a refund is applicable under the terms above, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

Any payment gateway, transaction, or banking charges that are non-recoverable may be deducted from the refundable amount.

7. Important Notice

By making a booking with Pawna Camp Craze, the guest confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
